The Hutchinson Effect... true or just a load of made up bollocks by hippies in basements? Hmmm, perhaps we shall never know. I was intrigued by the insinuation that this is a recreation of science used in the famous Philadelphia Experiment tests, something I have to say I do believe happened, several thousand onlookers and many dead people on that ship can't be wrong - can they?
